Update 1.1

- Fixed damage bug, monsters dont receive more than 1 damage.

- Now items will be picked up only if on same cell as heart. That makes Bucket of Lard better.

- Added 3 new items (Bitcoin, The Map & Your Tooth).

- Fixed many Sadheads bug.
